미국 Boston에서 열리는 GSAP (Global Services Associate Program) Boot Camp에

Principle Duties
and
Responsibilities
• Learn to perform installations, preventative and remedial maintenance on EMC equipment at  a wide
• variety of customer locations and environments.
• Work with assigned mentor, team members, customers and direct managers to gain full
• understanding of EMC products and culture
• Responsible for the maintenance of assigned inventory and test equipment
• Close all CSI FS Service Requests & Tasks at the completion of an event.
• Adhere to the Keys to Success for all EMC products
• Performance of part replacements as directed by Triage CEs or Customer Support Center.
• Lean the basics of an install cycle, performance of pro-active maintenance according to

established
• procedure.
• Understand and begin routinely performing the following customer engineering responsibilities.
• Participate in the installation and servicing of HW under the guidance of assigned mentor.

Job description
As a Solution Architect, your primary concern is to design an optimal infrastructure solution for our ING business partners. You are responsible for translating non-functional requirements into working infrastructure solutions. You will work on a wide variety of projects in your customer domain. You are familiar with creating Solution Architecture documents. Next to that, you will support further development of the department and knowledge management in your area of expertise.

As a Senior Solution Architect Infrastructure, your primary concern is to design an optimal infrastructure solution for our ING business partners. You are responsible for translating non-functional requirements into working infrastructure solutions. You will work on a wide variety of projects in your customer domain. You are responsible for performing correct project intakes. You are familiar with creating Solution Outline and Solution Architecture documents. You are responsible for the business-IT alignment for the business partners in your customer domain. You will be the first contact for infrastructure design and architecture matters in your domain. Next to that, you will support in further development of the department and in knowledge management in your area of expertise. Depending on your seniority level you will act as mentor and coach for new internal and external Solution Architects.

Your work environment
You will be working in the core of ING, Infrastructure Services, in a very dynamic environment. This environment is characterized by a large diversity of projects and technological developments, such as virtualization and cloud computing. You will work closely with your colleagues in a team based in Amsterdam.

· Good knowledge of architectural frameworks (TOGAF, IAF)
· Solid knowledge of relevant technologies, such as Windows, AIX, Mainframe, Linux, .Net, Websphere, Tomcat, MQ, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, networks, firewalls
· Interested in new developments such as cloud computing and SaaS
